加快丘陵地区富民增收支柱产业培育的战略措施探索

【摘要】 以南充为例,分析了四川省丘陵地区产业发展现状和存在的问题,确定猪蚕桑果为富民增收支柱产业的理由,以及培育三大支柱产业的思路、原则和目标,提出了培育三大支柱产业的对策措施。

【Abstract】 Nanchong as an example, the authors analyzed the industrial development situations and the existing problems in hilly region of Sichuan Province. The article identified why pig and Mulberry industry are the pillar industries for enriching the people and increasing revenue and established the throughts, principles and objectives of nurturing the main three pillar industries. At last the authors put forward the countermeasures for nurturing the main 3 pillar industries.
