【摘要】 建设生态文明是科学发展观在人和自然关系上的内在要求和具体体现,生态文明建设的目标是增强可持续发展能力,年初的冰灾给林业造成了直接经济损失,此次冻灾给林业和广大林农带来重大损失的同时,也对今后林业发展造成影响。文中论述了发展现状与存在问题,提出了实施科技创新促进森林可持续经营与生态文明建设的建议与对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Formulating ecological civilization meets the demand of scientific development on the relationship between human and nature. And it means to improve the capability of sustainable development. The ice disaster in Jan.2008 brought economic loss and bad effect to the forestry development. Base on the present situation and the latent problems, some advice on accelerating the sustainable forestry management with creative technique was proposed. Furthermore, some countermeasures to formulate ecological civilization were referred.更多还原
