【Abstract】 The 17th National People’s Congress of Communist Party of China has put forward the major strategic objectives: to build ecological civilization in China. According to the historical development of human society, the practice of China’s reform and opening up, and implementing the scientific viewpoints on development, building a socialist harmonious society, and comprehensively building a well-off society, the paper analyzes the necessity, importance and urgency of construction on ecological civilization, expounds the major theoretical and practical significance of construction on ecological civilization, and proposes a number of measures and countermeasures in the construction of the ecological civilization in China. The paper has a definition reference value to the current ongoing construction of the ecological civilization in China.更多还原
