负载型TiO2/ACF光催化剂的制备及其催化性能表征

【摘要】 以TiCL4、氨水、吐温-80等试剂为主要原料,采用分步水解法制备出混晶纳米二氧化钛分散乳液,采用XRD、TEM等分析手段,对乳液的物相、形貌进行了表征。选用活性炭纤维(ACF)为载体,浸渍提拉法制备出负载型TiO2/ACF光催化剂,采用SEM,EDS等分析手段,对薄膜的表面形貌和成分进行了分析。利用该催化剂对甲基橙溶液进行了降解实验,研究了浸渍时间、浸渍液浓度和浸涂次数对TiO2负载量的影响,发现影响TiO2负载量的主要因素是浸渍液浓度和浸涂次数,而浸渍时间对负载量的影响不明显。在最佳负载量条件下,日光照射30min后对甲基橙的降解率为94.6%,光催化活性明显。
【Abstract】 The nano-TiO2 emulsion was prepared with the main materials of TiCL4, ammonia, Tween(R) 80 by twice hydrolysis method. The morphology of the samples after drying at room temperature was characterized by XRD and TEM method. The nano-TiO2 emulsion supported on activated carbon fiber(TiO2/ACF) prepared by dip-coating method. The morphologies and components of the samples were examined by SEM and EDS. The degradation experiments were studied using by TiO2/ACF to methyl orange solution. The effects of dip-coating time, the nano-TiO2 emulsion concentration and dip-coating times were studies to TiO2 immobilization quality. The nano-TiO2 emulsion concentration and dip-coating times were major factors and the dip-coating time was not apparent to TiO2 immobilization quality. The degradation efficiency of methyl orange solution reached to 94.6% after 30min by visible light irradiation under the optimal TiO2 immobilization quality. The photocatalysed activity of the nano-TiO2 emulsion was obvious.
