外源激素对油菜角果叶绿素和可溶性糖含量的影响
Effects of External Hormone on Chlorophyll and Soluble Suger Content of Rape Pericarp

【摘要】 【目的】利用不同外源植物激素作用于油菜角果,根据角果皮及籽粒中叶绿素、可溶性糖含量变化情况,寻找适宜激素种类与浓度,来改善油菜角果生长发育条件。【方法】以双低春油菜“青油14号”为试材,以蒸馏水为对照,高、中、低浓度 NAA、6-BA、ETH,共10种处理,测定了油菜角果皮及籽粒叶绿素及可溶性糖含量,分析了各处理间差异。【结果】随着浓度升高,NAA、ETH 各处理叶绿素、可溶性糖含量增加,表现为高浓度 NAA、ETH 具有促进角果叶绿素、可溶性糖含量增加的作用;6-BA 处理浓度过高则不利于叶绿素、可溶性糖含量的增加,而中浓度处理表现较好。【结论】施用外源植物激素使油菜角果皮及籽粒叶绿素和可溶性糖含量发生了明显变化,从而为高产提供了有利条件。
【Abstract】 【Objective】The objective of this paper was to study the effect of the pericarp chlorophyll and soluble sugers content on external plant hormone treatment and the treatment combination.To find the theory base for changing the peficarp photosynthesis condition.【Method】This experiment was carried out on the chlorophyll and soluble sugers content of “Qing You 4”,distilled water(CK),high、middle、low concentration NAA、6-BA、ETH,about ten treatments.【Result】The results showed that the chiorophyⅡ and soluble sugers content of pericarp increased after NAA、ETH treatment with 60mg.kg-1 respectively; Using 40mg·kg-1 6-BA treatment the content of chl ang soluble sugers increased with improving the content of extraneous hormone;【Conclusion】All the data indicated that there were distinctive differences between the treatments in the Chl and soluble sugers content.
