小黑麦、黑麦与普通小麦粮、饲用价值差异的研究

【摘要】 为选择当地正常生长产且满足一定用途要求的小黑麦品种,本文采用大田试验研究了小黑麦、黑麦与普通小麦各生育期植株生物产量及矿质营养含量和籽粒产量及品质的差异。结果表明:(1)小黑麦、黑麦与普通小麦生物产量、经济产量及经济系数存在明显差异。各生育期生物产量以黑麦最高,小黑麦次之,普通小麦最低,4个小黑麦品种中,越冬始期到抽穗期,以中饲237最高。供试品种籽粒产量变化无明显规律,以晋饲1号和054-22最高。经济系数则以普通小麦最高,小黑麦次之,黑麦最低。(2)随着生育进程的推进,小黑麦、黑麦与普通小麦植株蛋白质、钙、磷、粗纤维、灰分、可溶性糖含量的变化趋势一致,但存在明显差异。小黑麦、黑麦各生育期植株蛋白质含量、磷含量,返青期到抽穗期植株钙含量。拔节期和成熟期植株粗纤维含量明显高于普通小麦。4个小黑麦品种中,晋饲1号和中饲237植株综合营养价值高于其它两个品种。(3)小黑麦籽粒品质变化范围较大,其中,中饲237满足中筋小麦的国家标准,晋饲1 号满足弱筋小麦的标准。

【Abstract】 In order to choose triticale varieties with adaptive local production and food or fodder value,field experiments were carried out to study the differences in plant dry weight,plant nutrition content,grains yield and grain quality among triticale,secale and triticum.The results were as follows: (1) The plant dry weight,grain yield and economic coefficient were different among triticale,secale and triticum.The plant dry weight of secale was the highest and that of triticum was lowest,and the plant dry weight of Zhongsi237 was highest form wintering stage to heading stage among four triticale varieties.The grain yield of Jinsi1 and O54-22 were higher than those of other two varieties.The economic coefficient of triticum was the highest and that of secale was lowest.(2) The activity changes of protein,Ca,P,raw fiber,ash and soluble sugar contents in plant were the same among triticale,secale and triticum,but these contents were different.In plant of triticale and secale,the protein and P content in every stage,Ca content from reviving stage to heading stage,and raw fiber content in elongation stage and maturity were higher than those in plant of triticum.Among four triticale varieties,plant nutrition value of Jinsi1 and Zhongsi237 was higher than that of other two varieties.(3) The range of grain quality in triticale was bigger.Zhongsi237 could meet the national standards for medium-gluten wheat,Jinsi1 could meet the national standards for weak-gluten wheat.
