水稻穗部维管束结构与弱势粒充实关系的研究

【摘要】 本试验通过设置不同的氮素穗肥及其源库调解处理,系统地研究了稻穗强、弱势枝梗维管组织面积及其维管组织颖花负荷量的差异比较,初步探讨了弱势粒充实度差的内在机理。结果表明,弱势一次枝梗下部和上部维管束面积均大于强势一次枝梗对应部位维管束面积;而枝梗维管组织颖花负荷量及总负荷量则表现为,强势枝梗大于弱势枝梗,即单位维管束面积所负载籽粒的个数上部强势枝梗大于下部弱势枝梗,各处理表现一致。源库调节试验进一步表明,弱势粒充实度与正常源库结构下的弱势粒充实度差异较大,成熟时剪上三枝处理弱势粒充实度大幅度提高,比正常穗提高了18.4%:剪半叶处理弱势粒充实度有所下降,比正常穗降低2.06%。穗颈节间维管束结构不是弱势粒充实度差的限制因素。

【Abstract】 Different nitrogen panicle fertilizer and source and sink adjustment treatments were designed for studying the difference comparison of area and load of vascular bundle tissue in the spike branch.Inherent mechanism of inferior grain plumpness was discussed primarily.The results were shown that vascular bundle tissue characteristics areas of the top and bottom of the inferior first branch and small branch of per grain in the second branch were greater than that of superior first and second branch.However,the load of vascular bundle tissue was on the contrary.The number of grain unit vascular bundle area on the top branch was greater than that of the bottom.All the treatments represented accord.Under source and sink adjustment,inferior grain plumpness varied remarkably compared to inferior grain plumpness under normal source and sink structure condition.Inferior grain plumpness of top three branches removed was improved on the large scale.Japonica rice was improved by 18.4%,Inferior grain plumpness of half leaf removed of stem descended on the small scale. Japonica rice was reduced by 2.06%.
