棉花抗旱种质创新及生态节水机理研究进展

【摘要】 高温干旱条件下,不同类型种质非目标性水分输出及调控生态指标、水分利用效率(WUE)指标均有所变化。不同类型棉花种质因其遗传基础、根系分布、特征特性的差异,棉田 SPAC 系统水分输出势能及其变化规律也不尽相同。抗旱耐热基因的分离、鉴定、克隆以及遗传转化体系的构建,能充分揭示抗旱抗逆渗透调节蛋白、热激蛋白以及二级胁迫应答功能性蛋白的信号传递生理生化机制。

【Abstract】 under adverse circumstances characterized by high temperature and drought,different types of germplasms change in non-targeted water consumption,water-regulating ecological parameters,and water use efficiency to some extent.Under adverse circumstances with high temperature and drought,different types of cotton germplasms do not vary in genetic basis,root distribution,characteristics,water-output potential in soil- plant-atmosphere continuum of cotton field as well as their patterns in completely same manners.The construc- tion of the systems for isolating,identifying and cloning and genetically transforming drought-resistant and heat- tolerance genes can fully reveal physiological and biochemical mechanisms of drought-resistant and adversity-re- sistant osmoregulation proteins,heat-shock proteins and second-level stress-responsive functional proteins in sig- nal transmission.
