水磷互作对大豆根系及产质量的影响

【摘要】 通过盆栽试验,设置 R1期(初花期)(W1)和 R4期(结荚盛期)(W2)的干旱胁迫处理,以及4个施磷处理,即0(P0)、7.5(P1)、15(P2)和30(P3)mg/kg 土。解析水磷互作对大豆根系形态及产量和品质的影响。结果表明,磷在干旱胁迫条件下,增加根长、根表面积、根干重,扩大根系在土壤中的分布空间,进而提商产量,尤其在 W2 条件下,P3处理使产量提高12.6%~68.9%。磷在不同的水分处理条件下均有利于蛋白质积累,尤其在 W2条件下,P2处理使蛋白质提高9.1%~14.3%,但磷不利于脂肪的积累。
【Abstract】 Phosphorus(P)nutrient is an important factor improving crop tolerance to water stress.A pot experiment was conducted to identify the effects of P nutrition and drought stress on root characteristics and to determine whether the interaction of both factors affects yield and quality.Two drought treatments at the R1 (initial flowering)and R4(full pod stage)stages and four treatments of P,i.e.0(P0),7.5(P1),15(P2) and 30(P3)mg/kg soil),were involved in this experiment.The results showed that,under drought stress con- ditions,P application significantly increased root length,root surface area and root biomass,resulting in a en- largement of root distribution in soil profile and less yield loss.Under the W2 condition,the yield in the treat- ment of P3 increased by 12.6%~68.9%,compared with the P0 treatment.Phosphorus improved protein accu- mulation in any water treatments,especially under W2 condition,the protein concentration in the P2 treatment increased by 9.1% - 14.3 %.However,phosphorus didn’t benefit for fat accumulation.
