【摘要】 本试验以具有代表性的40份早稻种质为试材,其抗旱性鉴定的方法采用田间直接鉴定法及室内生理鉴定法,鉴定的生理指标为高体叶片保水率、种子高渗溶液发芽率、分蘖杆长变异系数等3项指标,进而对其进行有关的遗传参数分析,结果表明,热大7号抗旱性最强,旱277、热大6号、热大2号次之,热大1号最弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty germplasm of upland rice were studied on their drought-resistance by direct field identification and physiological identification．The physiological indexes were(-0．86 Mpa PEG solution,water content of the leaf 24 hours after excision,variation coefficient of tiller stem length),and were analyzed of their genetic parameters．The results showed that drought resistance of Reda No．7 was best,the second was Han 277,Reda No．6,Reda No．2,and Reda No．1 was lower．更多还原
