抗虫杂交棉川杂13高产栽培技术研究

【摘要】 采用三因素三水平的不完全设计研究氮肥、密度和缩节安对抗虫杂交棉生长发育及产量的影响,探索川杂13的优质高产栽培技术.结果表明:栽培因子对群体总果节量、成铃率、总铃数、单铃重、霜前皮棉产量及总产量均有显著影响。施氮增加铃重、籽指;增加种植密度将降低籽指和单铃重;施缩节安提高籽指,降低衣分和单铃重.建立了抗虫杂交棉川杂13的高产栽培技术模型,经回归模拟寻优,获得皮棉产量在1 650~ 1 800 kg/hm~2的技术组合为施纯氮332.0~339.6 kg/hm~2,密度36 520~37 089株/hm~2,缩节安98.0~100.8 g/ hm~2.
【Abstract】 Research on nitrogen fertilizer,density and DPC three factors influence on lint yield and quality of transgenic insect-resistance hybrid cotton by three factor three levels incompletion designs,for insect-resistance hybrid cotton’s quantity control to provide the theories basis.The results showed,applying nitrogen will improve boll weight and seed index,increasing density will decrease boll weight and seed index;Using DPC will increase seed index,but degrade boll weight.It is establish yield mathematics model by computer statistics.Through took for the better combinations:when lint yield reach between 1 650 to 1 800 kg/hm~2,technique combination of transgenic insect-resistance hybrid cotton Chuanza 13 is applying nitrogen between 332.0 to 339.6 kg/hm~2,density between 36 520 to 37 089 plant/hm~2 and DPC between 98.0 to 100.8g/hm~2.
