大豆形态性状的QTL分析

【摘要】 大豆的多数农艺性状均为重要的数量性状,对大豆的数量性状进行基因定位具有重要的研究和应用价值.以美国半矮秆大豆品种 Charleston 为母本,东北农业大学高蛋白大豆品系东农594为父本及其 F2:14代重组自交系的154个株系为试验材料.164个 SSR 引物经亲本筛选后用于群体扩增,并构建遗传图谱.对亲本间表现多态的8个农艺性状进行了调查及 QTL 分析.结果表明,9个农艺性状共检出25个 QTLs,每个性状的 QTLs 检出个数1~10个不等,平均每个性状检测出3.1个.与国内外对应农艺性状 QTL 检测结果相比,多个性状的 QTL 位点均一致,说明 QT 检测准确率较高,可以进一步用于分子辅助育种.
【Abstract】 Soybean is a major crop,whose most agronomic traits are quantitative.Locating these quantitative trait loci in soybean genes has strong application values.A F2:14 RIL population containing 154 lines derived from cross between Charleston as female and Dongnong 594 as male parent were used in this experiment.A genetic linkage map was constructed with 164 SSR primers screened in two parents and amplified in the 154 line population.9 agronomic traits showing polymorphic in parents were investigated and QTLs were analyzed.QTLs of all the traits were analyzed with software Windows QTL Cartographer V2.0.The agronomic traits included the following quality traits:plant height, branches,nod number in main stem and so on.Results showed that a total of 28 QTLs were found in 9 agronomic traits. Number of QTLs per trait varied from 1 to 10,with an average of 3.1.Good accordance was displayed in many QTLs between our results and those obtained by related studies.These QTLs may provide valuable information for soybean molecular marker assistant breeding selection.
