【摘要】 目的:通过观察人工肝支持系统对重型肝炎 PCT 水平的影响,探讨 PCT 水平改变对重症肝炎临床转归的影响。方法:测定46例重型肝炎患者人工肝支持系统治疗前后及对照组血清 PCT 水平。结果:重肝患者治疗前与对照组血清 PCT 水平比较明显增高(P<0.05),人工肝治疗后血清 PCT 水平明显下降(P<0.05), 好转患者其 PCT 水平有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:结果提示人工肝治疗能降低重症肝炎患者 PCT 的水平, 检测 PCT 也可以作为观察治疗效果的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:For researching the influence to severe hepatitis blood PCT level and clinic turnover by artificial liver support system treatment.Method:The PCT level of 46 severe hepatitis patients were tested after artificial liver support system treatment.Result:The PCT level of severe hepatitis was higher than control group (P<0.05),The PCT level was lower after artificial liver support system treatment than before treatmemt (P<0.05),when patients take a favorable turn,the PCT level was decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion:The result showed that artificial liver support systemcan can decrease the PCT level of severe hepatitis patient,The PCT may be a role of predicting therapeutic efficacy.更多还原
