【摘要】 目的对人工肝支持系统在治疗重型肝炎进行了疗效与价格关系的研究,旨在进一步了解人工肝支持系统在治疗重型肝炎中的价值。方法将82例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用基础疗法+ 人工肝,支持系统(血浆置换+血液吸附),对照组采用基础疗法,两组按患者的 PTA 不同(30-40%、 20-29%、<20%)分为三组进行对比研究,观察患者的治愈好转率、平均住院日和平均费用。结果 PTA 在30-40%和20-29%的组中,人工肝治疗组的治愈好转率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而住院天数明显少于对照组(P<0.05),但治疗费用与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。PTA 在20%以下的组中, 人工肝治疗组在治愈好转率和平均住院日与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗费用较对照组高 (P<0.05)。结论人工肝支持系统在治疗早中期重型肝炎效果较好,具有很好的效价比关系,对该类病人应强调及时给予人工肝治疗,而对于晚期重型肝炎,人工肝支持系统与对照组在治愈好转率、平均住院日及治疗费用方面比较其效价关系不合理,对晚期重型肝炎应慎重选择人工肝支持系统这一治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research of effect and price relation in severe hepatitis treated by artificial liver support system,we thought to know about the value of severe hepatitis treated by artificial liver support system.Methods the 82 patients has been separated two groups,The severe hepatitis had treated by artifical liver support systemd (plasma exchange adsorption) base on the generalization treatment.the control group has been treated by generalization treatment,it was observed to effective rate,time of averagly in hospital and treat fee.Results In some patients which PTA is 30-40% and 20-29%,the effect rate of treat group was significant increase than conyrol group (P<0.05),its time of averagly in hospital was significant decreased than control group (P<0.05),but the treat fee was not significant with control group.The patients wich PTA was lower with 20% were not significant with effect and fee in the treat group and control group (P>0.05),but the fee of treat group was significant increase (P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial liver support system is effective to severe hepatitis of early duration.更多还原
