聆听五音乐曲对精神分裂症脑电活动率的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察五音乐曲刺激对精神分裂症患者脑电活动产生的影响。方法:选取 20例精神分裂症患者和10例正常人,分别记录安静时段及聆听五音乐曲时段的脑电图,将脑电信号转化为功率数值,将β/α定义为脑电活动率。结果:1、正常人与精神分裂症患者的脑电活动率在安静状态差异无显著性(p>0.05)。在听乐曲时患者的脑电活动率在 C3、T3、T4、T5 导联中,明显高于正常人(p<0.05)。2、正常人在安静阶段和听乐曲时其左右脑脑电活动率差异无显著性(p>0.05)。精神分裂症患者在安静阶段左右脑脑电活动率在 O1、O2及 T5、T6 导联间差异有显著意义(p<0.05),并且听乐曲时在 P3、P4和 C3、C4以及 F7、F8导联间差异有显著意义(p<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者对五音乐曲的刺激脑电反应与正常人不同。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the specific BEAM changes of the Schizophrenics,and to investigate innuence of traditional Chinese music on normal personsans the Schizophrenics.Meth- od:Chose 20 schizophrenics and 10 normal controls,and recorded their BEAMs when with and without traditional Chinese music,then analyzed by electroencephalogram activation ratio(i.e.β/ α).Results:There was no significant difference of electroencephalogram activation ratio between normal controls and the patients when without music(p>0.05);the rates in C3,T3,T4 and T5 of the patients were statistically higher than those of the controls(p<0.05)when with music;for the controls,there were no differences between two hemispheres(p>0.05)when with or without music;for the patients,the rates of left hemisphere(O1, T5)were significantly higher than those of right side(O2,T6)with or without music,and also higher than those of right side(P3/P4,C3/ C4,F7/F8)with music(p<0.05).Conclusion:There was difference between the schizophrenics and normal controls in their response to traditional Chinese five notes’music.
