【摘要】 提出区域经济系统的模糊神经控制方案。该方法是首先训练与检查广泛收集统计数据和征求专家意见后的模糊评价方法和模糊规则,随后设计模糊神经控制器。最后,应用Matlab图形界面工具与Simulink设计模糊神经控制器并对系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明:模糊神经控制是有效的,该方案避免了区域经济评价的主观性和粗放式的评价过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The design of a neuro-fuzzy current control scheme for a regional economic system was presented.The method is,firstly,a fuzzy evaluation method and fuzzy control rule based on lots of statistical data and expert’s experience was trained and checked;secondly,a fuzzy neural controller was designed.Finally,simulation of this method was carried out by applying Matlab GUI and Simulink.Simulation results show that fuzzy neural-network control is valid.This scheme is useful in avoiding the subjective and extensive in the regional economic evaluation.更多还原
