超重或肥胖症患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱与血脂的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的研究超重或肥胖症患者的血清磷脂脂肪酸谱与血脂的相关性.方法抽取43 例超重或肥胖症患者和52例健康对照者,采用高效气相色谱法测定血清磷腊脂肪酸谱,酶法测定血脂,人体成分分析仪测定腰臀比(WHR)和体重指数(BMI).结果超重或肥胖症患者与健康人的血清磷脂脂肪酸谱有显著差异,主要表现为:20:4n-6显著高于对照组,20:1和多不饱和脂肪酸 (PUFA)显著低于对照组.血脂的变化为TG显著上升,HDL-C和HDL-C/TC显著下降.相关性分析显示总胆固醇(TC)与22:4n-6呈显著负相关;甘油三酯(TG)与16:1、18:1、18:3n-3、单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)呈显著正相关,而与20:5n-3、23:0、22:6n-3、n-3PUFA和n-3/n-6PUFA呈显著负相关:HDL-C与16:1、20:0呈显著正相关.结论超重或肥胖症患者和健康人的血清磷脂脂肪酸谱不同.超重或肥胖症患者中20:4n-6高于健康对照组,而20:1和PUFA低于健康对照组.TG高于对照组,HDL-C和HDL-C/TC显著低于对照组.MUFA与超重或肥胖症患者的TG升高有关,而 n-3PUFA对超重或肥胖症患者的血脂紊乱具有保护性作用.

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum phospholipid fatty acids and plasma lipids in overweight and obese patients. Methods: 43 overweight and obese patients and 52 healthy controls were participated in the study. Serum phospholipid fatty acids were analyzed with capillary gas chromatography. Plasma lipids were measured by enzymatic assay. Results: The composition of 20:4n-6 in overweight and obese group was significandy higher than mat in healthy group, while 20:1 and PUFA were significandy lower than those in healthy group. TG was significandy higher in overweight and obese group than that in healthy group, while HDL-C and HDL-C/TC were lower in overweight and obese group than in healthy group. Bivariate correlate analysis showed that TC was negatively correlated with 22:4n-6;TG significantly positively correlated with 16:1、 18:1、 18:3n-3、MUFA and negatively with 20:5n-3、23:0、22:6n-3、n-3PUFA and n-3/n-6PUFA; HDL-C was positively correlated with 16:1、 20:0. Conclusion: Plasma phospholipid 20:4n-6 in overweight and obese group was higher than that of healthy group, 20:1 and total PUFA were lower than those of healthy control group. The present results showed that the dietary MUFA intake may contribute to blood lipid metabolism system and n-3PUFA intake may have a protective effect.
