浅谈系统化、职业化医疗保险专业的人才培养

【摘要】 作为我国社会保障体系的重要组成,医疗保险已经成国民生活的一大保障。但是随着医改的深入和医疗保险行业自身的发展,体制性的缺陷也日益突显出来,尤其是专业的医疗保险人才的缺乏,在很大程度上阻碍了医疗保险行业的整体性提升。目的:通过对医疗保险现状及教育制度的分析,要求培养系统化、职业化医疗保险专业的人才,进一步完善医疗保险体系,保障公民的医保利益。方法:通过培养系统化、职业化医疗保险专业的人才,进一步建立起一支高素质的,专业化的医疗保险人才队伍,从而解决医疗保险专业人才缺乏的问题。结果:通过保证医疗保险人才的供给,可以进一步推行医保制度建设,完善医保体系,增强了社会保障体系。结论:开展系统的、规范的、职业化的医疗保险专业教育,培养医保专业性人才是迫切需要开展的重大课题,也是医疗保险制度改革的重要方式,它保证了医疗保险事业稳定的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the our country social security system important composition, the medical insurance already became a big safeguard which the national lived. But changesthorough and the medical insurance profession own development along with the medicine,the system flaw also day by day suddenly appears, specialized medical insurance talented person’s lacking, has hindered the medical insurance profession integrity promotion in particular in the very great degree. Goal: Through to the medical insurance present situation and the educational system analysis, the request raise systematization, professionalism the medical insurance specialized talented person, further consummates the medical insurance system, safeguards citizen’s medicine to guarantee the benefit. Method: Through the raise systematization, professionalism the medical insurance specialized talented person, further establishes a high quality, the specialized medical insurance talented person troop, thus solution medical insurance specialized talented person’s deficient question Finally: Through the guarantee medical insurance talented person’s supplies, may further carry out the medicine to guarantee the system construction, the perfect medicine guarantees the system, strengthened the social security system.
