【摘要】 目的探讨跨理论模式健康教育在糖尿病患者行为改变中的影响。方法对113例糖尿病患者进行不同方式的健康教育,评估分析十项行为改变内容。结果在饮食控制、管理高血糖和低血糖及相应的情绪波动、足部护理、常见病的管理／生病期间的管理及根据不同情况调整胰岛素剂量等6方面,观察组行为改变平均所在阶段显著高于对照组,两组间有显著性差异(均P<0．01)。从整体看来两组间总体均数具有显著性差异。结论:跨理论模式健康教育干预方式有利于按照患者所处的不同行为改变阶段,而给予不同阶段所需的介入方法,有效改善糖尿病病人行为改变内容。更多还原
