【摘要】 对云和县重河湾森林食品基地所产翠冠梨不同采摘期梨果生理指标的测定表明,梨果商品成熟时,其硬度为 6．8—7．6,可溶性固形物含量10．8％-11．1％,果实切片碘溶液染色为淡蓝色或淡黄色,种子颜色为黄褐色;成熟早期采摘的梨果可在常温下贮藏7～10d;中熟时采摘的梨果常温下可贮藏5—6d;全熟后采摘的梨果不宜贮藏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Determination on physiological index of Cuiguan pear at different harvesting time produced in Zhonghewan Forest Food Base of Yunhe, Zhejiang province demonstrated that hardness, soluble solid state material of matured fruit was 6.8 ~ 7.6 and 10.8% ~ 11.1%. Iodine test on fruit section indicated nattier blue or faint yellow and seed was yellowish-brown. The fruit harvested at early mature period could stored at normal temperature for 7 - 10 days, at middle period for 5 ~ 6 days, but matured fruit was not suitable for storage.更多还原
