【摘要】 目的:提高抗骨增生丸质量标准.方法:采用薄层层析鉴别淫羊藿苷,用HPLC法测定该制剂中淫羊藿苷含量。结果:薄层斑点清晰,重现性好,含量测定平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.15%。结论:淫羊藿苷的定性、定量方法准确、简便,可提高本品质量标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To improve the quality standard for Kanggu Zengsheng pill.Methods:The icariin in Kanggu Zengsheng pill was identified by TLC.The icariin content of Kanggu Zengsheng pill was determined by HPLC.Results:The characteristic identification by TLC was highly specific.The average recovery was 99.9% and RSD was 0.15%.conclusion:The method is reliable,accurate and specific.It can be used for quality control of Kanggu Zengsheng pill.更多还原
