补肾、柔肝中药对软骨细胞生物功能的影响

【摘要】 目的：比较补肾方和柔肝方对体外软骨细胞生物学特征的影响。方法：用补肾方和柔肝方含药血清培养软骨细胞,以 MTT 法检测细胞增殖能力并确定相关血清药理学的主要参数,综合运用组织细胞学、组织化学和分子生物学等方法观察比较含药血清对软骨细胞生物学性能的影响。结果：补肾方和柔肝方均能促进体外软骨细胞的增殖；促进细胞外基质胶原和蛋白多糖的合成；对软骨细胞分泌的 PGE₂无抑制作用,同时也不诱导软骨细胞异常分泌 MMP-3。结论：补肾方和柔肝方对体外软骨细胞生物学特征的影响具有相似的作用, 即促进软骨细胞的增殖和基质的合成。因此,为中医药以调摄肝肾为治疗原则防治退行性骨关节炎提供了细胞学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effects of Kidney-tonifying and Liver-softening Chinese Herbs on biologic characteristic of chondrocyte.Methods:Chondrocytes were cultured with sera contained Kidney-tonifying and Liv- er-softening Chinese Herbs.The methods of serologic pharmacology,biocytology and molecularbiology were used to compare the effects of Kidney-tonifying and Liver-softening Chinese Herbs.Result:Both Kidney-tonifying and Liv- er-softening Chinese Herbs could promote proliferation of chondrocyte,synthesis of collagen and proteoglycan;and could not inhibit chondrocyte to secret PGE2 physiologically;and also,could not induce chondrocyte to secret MMP-3 abnormally.Conclusion:The effects of both Kidney-tonifying and Liver-softening Chinese Herbs on biolog- ic characteristics of chondrocyte are similar in vitro.Hence,the study have provided cytological evidence of Chi- nese herbs for the treatment of Osteoarthntis更多还原
