散血明目片治疗玻璃体积血的临床及实验研究

【摘要】 本研究根据玻璃体积血患者“水血互结”的中医病机特点,采用具活血通脉、利水明目作用的散血明目片治疗玻璃体积血患者76例79只眼,与35例37只眼作对照,证实该药确能促进玻璃体积血的吸收,改善眼底情况,改善全身血液流变性,降低血液的黏滞性和聚集性,降低血小板的活化功能,减轻血管内皮细胞的受损等,从而全面改善患者血瘀状况,提高玻璃体积血患者的视功能。动物实验证实散血明目片能明显促进玻璃体积血的吸收、促进溶血、增强巨噬细胞的噬血能力、提高 SOD 活性、对玻璃体积血造成的玻璃体组织结构损害有一定的促进恢复作用；并能明显减少巨噬细胞对 IL-6、TNF-α等炎性因子的释放,抑制其在玻璃体内的高表达,进而抑制由玻璃体积血所致 PVR 的发生,对视网膜具有保护性作用。毒理学研究证实散血明目片用药安全,无明显毒副作用。本研究为玻璃体积血的治疗及并发症的预防提供了临床和实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Vitreous Hemorrhage Patients TCM pathological characteristics is ShuiXue Hujie,in terms of which this study adopted the SanXueMingMu Tablets,which have an effect of Huoxue Lishui and Sanjie Mingmu, to treat the 79 Vitreous Hemorrhage eyes of 76 patients,and its results,by comparison with another 37 eyes of 35 patients,proved that the medicine did have many favorable effects,such as promoting the absorption of vitreous hematoceles,improving the eye ground conditions and systematic Blood rheological property,depressing the blood glutinousness and aggregation,reducing the hematoblastic activities,easing the damages in the vessel endothelial cells,etc.With the above said effects,this medicine can entirely improved the blood stasis conditions and the vit- reous hemorrhage patients’ optical functions.It was also proven in animal experiments that the SXMUT could con- siderably promote the absorption and erythrocytolysis of vitreous hemorrhage,and increase the macrophages’ phago- cytolysis and SOD’s activity,and in some degree recover the vitreous structural damages induced by the Vitreous Hemorrhage.In addition,it can notably decrease the released inflammatory factors,such as IL-6,TNF-α,and de- press it’s high expression in vitreum,and thus to prevent the vitreous hemorrhage-induced PVB from being formed and protect the retina.The toxicologic experiments demonstrated that the SXMMT is safe to be take without obvious toxic side effects.This study provides a clinic and experimental basis to the therapies of vitreous Hemorrhage and the prevention of it’s complications.更多还原
