“补肾活血降逆排毒法”治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床研究

【摘要】 目的：观察应用补肾活血降逆排毒法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法：设治疗组904例,给予肾表排毒散治疗,纯西药治疗组452例,1年为1疗程,随访1年后统计疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为92．58%,纯西药组为51．54%,有显著性差异(P＜ 0．01)。结论：补肾活血降逆排毒法对慢性肾功能衰竭有良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the treatment method and clinical efficacy of Nourishing Kidney and Promoting Blood and Decreasing Abnormal Rising and Eliminating Toxicant in the treatment of Chronic Renal Failure.Meth- ods:904 cases (treatment group) were treated by shen shuai pai du san,452 cases (control group) just by the regular therapy.Results:The total relief rate was 92.58% in treatment group and 51.54% in control one (P＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Nourishing Kidney and Promoting Blood and Decreasing Abnormal Rising and Eliminating Toxicant maybe have the potent effect to protect renal failure.更多还原
