控制性详细规划中对城市空间形态控制的探究

【摘要】 从编制技术层面对控制性详细规划在城市空间形态控制方面的不足进行分析,认为在技术控制指标体系、空间环境质量控制、和城市文化特性引导三个方面存在不足,进而提出运用两元控制体系的方法加强对城市空间形态的控制,重新界定需要控制的设计元素,并提出控制这些元素的具体操作方法。更多还原
