城市发展中的旧城更新:广州的回顾和展望

【摘要】 本文首先回顾了西方城市发展中的旧城更新,分析了西方的旧城更新思路和城市发展之间的关系．并从理论上分析了中国的城市发展战略与旧城更新的关系。接着,文章以金花街为例回顾了1990年代广州的旧城更新,认为金花街的更新反映了当时城市发展战略下对旧城空间利用的需要。然后,文章对当前广州的城市发展背景进行了分析,在此基础上提出了新时期广州旧城更新的目标要以提高居民生活水平、改善旧城区形象以及保持传统风貌为主．并给出相应的更新手段和策略。最后．本文以广州越秀区东濠涌地块为例,探讨了旧城更新的具体做法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firstly,the paper reviews urban renewal in urban development in the western countries and analyzes the relationship between the urban renewal strategies and urban development in the western countries and urban development strategy and urban renewal in China in the theoretical perspective. Secondly,the paper reviews the urban renewal of Guangzhou in 1990’ s from a case study of Jinhuajie.and points out that Jinhuajie renewal was the reuse of the spaces of old city in the background of rapid development of Guangzhou. Thirdly, the paper suggests the purposes, measures and strategies based on the analysis of the current urban development background of Guangzhou. Lastly, the paper analyzes the case of Donghaochong and discusses the detailed measures of urban renewal of Guangzhou in the new era.更多还原
