【摘要】 为应对快速城市化发展与流通日益频繁的新形势,广州市积极开展物流规划系列研究,从起步阶段的纲要性文件的制定,逐步走向探索在社会主义市场经济条件下的物流园区专项规划编制的方式方法与技术路线,促进城市规划对物流园区建设的引导从宏观纲要层面走向可操性较强的实施控制层面,在构筑广州物流园区体系的同时,切实落实物流园区的选址与规模,弹性制定规划导控,为政府各个职能部门提供有效的规划、建设、管理的法定依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Responding to the new situation of fast urbanization and quickly product circulation, the government of Guangzhou carried on a series of logistics plan actively, from the establishment of the outline in the beginning stage, then to look for the methods and technique routes for taking the logistics park’s plan under the condition of the Socialism Market E-conomy System. That promoted the logistics park’s construction from the macroscopic outline level to the more operability control level, while building the logistics park system of Guangzhou, carrying out the address and land scale of the logistics parks actually, and flexibly establishing the planning leads.The result can provide legal basis of the logistics park’s plan, construction and management for the government.更多还原
