薄膜传感器在智能切削刀具中的应用研究

【摘要】 切削刀具是机械加工中的基础元件,很多机械切削加工方法都涉及到刀具的安全使用。普通的切削刀具在切削加工进行中磨损的实时工作状态很难精确测定。基于微机电的薄膜传感器智能刀具技术,能实现金属切削刀具的实时在线自诊断,防止由于刀具磨损失效而引起的所加工零件的报废。本文提出采用薄膜传感器和多特征量构建一个刀具工作状态监控系统,由于采集的信息量准确丰富,可以保证工件加工质量和实现加工自动化。文中着重探讨了应用于智能刀具的薄膜传感器的特点、种类、安装形式,并指出智能刀具所用薄膜传感器制备的关键技术问题。

【Abstract】 As basic mechanical components, the cutting tools have been used in virtually every branch of industry, and a lot of machinery processing methods involve the safe handling of the cutting tools. The wear of conventional cutting tools is always very difficult to measure on-line. Compared with conventional cutting tools, the thin film sensor-embedded smart cutting tools have obvious the far advantage, which can be able to monitor their condition on-line in order to prevent the catastrophic failures. This paper introduces a novel sensor technique, which can ensure the high-quality of products and contribute to promote automation with the help of the precise enough information. This paper focus on the construction and the system of the smart cutting tools, mainly presents the characteristic, type and installing form of thin-film sensor. Moreover, this paper also discusses some important technical issues of the production of the thin-film sensor smart cutting tools.
