【摘要】 目的:研究新砭石疗法的临床疗效。方法:根据随机分组、平行对照、单盲 (研究者、操作者、统计者三分离)的临床试验原则,试验组40例,采用新砭石疗法; 对照组40例,采用电针疗法,对比两组的临床疗效。结果:镇痛疗效方面,试验组总有效率为85％,对照组总有效率为75％,两组总有效率差异无显著差异(P>0．01); 肩部功能活动改善方面,试验组总有效率为57．5％,对照组总有效率为42．5％,两组总有效率差异无显著差异(P>0．01);两组治疗即刻镇痛效果明显。结论:新砭石疗法治疗肩关节周围炎疗效显著,镇痛效果迅速,安全舒适。其疗效与针灸疗法无显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study the clinical curative effect of the new therapy of bian-stone. Methods: It takes randomized controlling and single-blind (Deviser, operator and statistician were separate.) as the principles of clinical trail. The treatment group including 40 patients is treated by the new therapy of bian-stone; The control group including 40 patients is treated by electric acupuncture. Their clinical curative effect is compared. Results.In terms of ease pain, the total effective rate is 85% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group, there is no apparent difference between two groups (P>0.01). In terms of improving the shoulder activity, the total effective rate is 57.5% in the treatment group and 42.5% in the control group there is no apparent difference between two groups(P>0.01); The immediate effects of easing pain are obvious in both two groups. Conclusion: the curative effect of the new therapy of bian-stone on scapulohumeral periarthritis is effective, fast, safe and comfortable.There is no apparent difference between two groups on the effect.更多还原
