【摘要】 目的观察银杏叶提取物对大鼠胄黏膜癌前期病变发生发展的干预效果及其抗氧化作用。方法将80只4周龄 Wistar 大鼠随机分为4组：正常组,模型组,银杏叶提取物低、高剂量组,每组20只,以喂饲100μg/mL MNNG 溶液的方法制备大鼠胃黏膜癌前期病变的动物模型。在制备大鼠胃黏膜癌前期病变模型过程中采用不同浓度的银杏叶提取物对治疗组进行干预(低剂量组0．5mg/Kg．d,高剂量组1．5mg/Kg．d),共20周。第30周末,处死所有大鼠,观察胃黏膜组织病理学变化、测定结构异型指数和核腺比、血清及胃组织 SOD、 MDA。结果与模型组比较,银杏叶提取物低、高剂量组肠化生、异型增生发生率低,结构异型指数和核腺比低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0．01)。银杏叶提取物干预组 SOD 活力增加而 MDA 含量下降(P＜0．01)。结论银杏叶提取物能够提高机体的抗氧化能力, 有效地阻断胃黏膜癌前期病变的发生发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on gastric precancerous lesions and its antioxidant activity in Wistar rats.Methods 80 Wistar rats (4 weeks old) were randomly divided into four groups:normal group,model group,low and high dose groups. 100μg/mL MNNG was used to feed rats to make animal models of gastric precancerous lesions(20 weeks),and low/high dose groups were lavaged with Ginkgo biloba extract in 0.5mg/Kg.d and 1.5mg/Kg.d respectively.After 30 weeks,rats were killed.We studied histopathological changes of gastirc mucosa,nucleus-glandular index(ING),and Index of Structure Atypism(ISA) in these rats.Serum and gastric tissue SOD/MDA were also determined.Results Compared with modle group,the incidence of mild to severe metaplasia,dysplasia,ISA,ING of intervention groups were siganificantly lower than model group (P＜0.01).And Ginkgo biloba extract could advance the activity of T-SOD and decrease the content of MDA (P＜0.01).Conclusions Ginkgo biloba extract possessing an high inhibiting action on oxygen free radicals,effectively intervened in the devoiopment of gastric precancerous lesions in rats.更多还原
