老年乳腺癌病人围手术期中西医结合治疗分析

【摘要】 目的探讨老年乳腺癌围手术期中西医结合治疗方法。方法回顾分析2003年3月至2006年3月经住院治疗、65岁以上新发现的113例乳腺癌病人的临床资料。结果有重要脏器合并症者占43．3%；110例行手术治疗；0 期、Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期的早期乳腺癌占81．4%,淋巴结转移40%；ER 和 PR 阳性率分别为68．14%、62．83%；术前辨证以肝郁痰凝、痰瘀互结为主,术后以脾胃不和、气血两虚为主；围手术期均采用中西医结合治疗。结论老年病人常伴有重要脏器合并症,经适当处理后手术是安全的。围手术期中西医结合治疗有助于术后康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to explore perioperative management for elderly women with breast cancer with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Patients and Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical data from one hundred thirteen newfound patients with breast cancer aged 65-85 from march 2003 to march 2006.Results 43.3% with complications of significant organs;one hundred ten were operated; ninety-two(81.4%) were early breast cancer of stage 0,Ⅰ and Ⅱ;forty-four(40%) with lymphonode positive; the expression rate of ER and PR was 68.14%,62.83% respectively.Preoperative differentiation of symptoms and signs mostly were phlegm retention due to stagnation of liver-QI,stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis, the postoperative were disharmony between the spleen and stomach,deficiency of both QI and blood;All cases were treated with integrated Chineseand Western medicine during perioperative period.Conclusion It is safety to operate on elderly patients with complications after reasonable therapy.Perioperative management with integrated Chinese and Western medicine is valuable to postoperative rehabilitation.更多还原
