【摘要】 <正>Objective:As a minimally invasive treatment of ureteric calculi,ESWL had a high clearance rate for upper ureteric calculi,while a low clearance rate for mid and distal ureteric calculi,especially in the preschool children with a relative stricture ureter.The disadvantages of high rates of re-treatment increased,risk of steinstrasse or obstructive pyelonephritis and long treatment time before the stones were removed entirely destined ESWL monotherapy has a limited role in the management of mid and distal ureteric calculi of preschool children.Advances in the design of ureteroscope and ancillary instruments during the last 20 years have resulted in miniaturization and increased durability of the smaller scopes required for pediatric patients,increased the ability of the urologist to evaluate and treat endoscopically the urinary tract in even the smallest patients. In this serial,we investigated the safety and feasibility of ureteroscopy in treating mid and distal ureteric calculi of preschool children.更多还原
