【摘要】 根据“区域发展、生态建园、科学内涵与园林外貌结合、以人为本、以市场为导向及可持续发展”的原则,2004年进行了“湖南省森林植物园(长沙天际岭国家森林公园)总体规划修编”,确定了未来10年的发展规划。到2015年,着重中亚热带地区植物、动物资源的迁地保存和研究利用,收集、保存和展示植物种类达到4000种,收集、救护、繁殖野生动物8万头(只);加大新技术、新产品的研发;建设3～5个具有区域特色的植物专类园和全国一流的科普教育基地;增强生态旅游休闲功能。具体将植物园规划成8大功能区、11个专类园,建成7大景点,完善基础设施。分近期和中远期两部分实施完成。更多还原

【Abstract】 General development plan has been stipulated and revised for three times since the establishment of Hunan Forestry Botanical Garden 20 years ago. Consequently rapid development achieved. But some problems existed in the previous plans due to the social and economic conditions, complicated surroundings and planning ideas, such as lack of foresight, guidance and control for the key construction projects, incongruity between plant living collection and landscape construction. The next 10 - year - development plan was decided in the revised general plan in 2004 based on the principles of regional development, ecological landscaping, scientific connotation integrated with landscape architecture, people oriented concept, market orientation and sustainable development. It is planned to collect and display 4000 species of plants, to collect, rescue and breed 80, 000 wild animals , to construct 3 to 5 plant specialist gardens with regional characteristics, and to become a first class botanical education base. The garden consists of 8 functional sections and 11 specialist gardens, and 7 scenic spots are to be established according to the plan.更多还原
