秦川牛及其杂种牛H-FABP基因PCR-RFLP多态性研究

【摘要】 本研究首次利用PCR-RFLP技术研究相同季节4月(±10 d)龄纯种秦川牛(QQ)及杂种牛秦安(AQ)、秦德(DQ)、秦利(LQ) 4个群体164个个体H-FABP基因的多态性。结果表明,QQ及AQ、DQ、LQ群体H-FABP-HaeⅢ基因座的207 5 bp的PER产物被Hae Ⅲ限制性酶消化后表现多态性,它们的等位基因AIB频率分别为:0.232/0.768、0.333/0.667、 0.178/0.822和0.181/0.819,且均处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。
【Abstract】 PCR-RFLP was firstly applied to analyze polymorphisms of H-FABP gene in 164 beef cattle, aged 4 months (±10 d) in the same season, which comprised of Qinchuan cattle, Qinchuan×Limousin cattle, QinchuanxRed Angus and QinchuanxGerman Yellow cattle. The results showed that 2075 bp PCR products digested with HaeⅢ demonstrated polymorphisms in four populations which were at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05). Moreover, the frequencies of allele B/A of QQ, AQ, DQ and LQ populations were 0.232/0.768、0.333/0.667、0.178/0.822 and 0.181/0.819.
