荷斯坦奶牛乳蛋白多态与产奶量和体尺的相关分析

【摘要】 本研究选取克拉玛依2个牛场共72头健康荷斯坦奶牛,采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)对其乳蛋白进行分型,并运用最小二乘的分析方法,分析了蛋白多态性与产奶量、体尺之间的关系。结果表明:β-LG座位基因对产奶量无显著影响(P>0.05),κ-CN座位BB型对产奶量的影响极显著(P<0.01),说明该基因对产奶量的提高有密切关系,有望成为遗传标记, 为产奶量的标记辅助选择提供信息。κ-CN,β-LG两个座位基因对体尺无显著影响(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 A total of 72 Holstein cows from Kelamayi was used to determine the genotypic and milk protein types, and the relationships between milk protein loci or milk yield or body size. Milk samples were typed by polyacrylam ide gel electrophoresis(PAGE). Effects of milk protein loci on milk performance were examined using least square method. The result were as follows: P-lactoglobulin didn’t affected milk yield(p>0.05).κ-casein affected milk yield perfectly. It demonstrates κ-casein is in relation to the improving of milk yield and has a possibility of being a genetic marker, aimed to supply information to conduct subsidiary selection. κ-casein, β-lactoglobulin didn’t affect body size(p>0.05).
