【摘要】 通过资源调查摸清我国8个重点保护地方鸭品种的保存现状,发现建昌鸭已经濒临灭绝。其他7个鸭品种均处于正常保种状态。通过筛选的28个多态性较好的微卫星标记,检测了我国8个重点保护地方鸭品种的遗传多样性。利用等位基因频率计算了各群体的遗传参数、构建了聚类图,并进行了系统发生分析。根据调查结果及遗传多样性检测数据,分析8个地方鸭品种的保存状态,并提出保护建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eight key protection of Chinese native duck breeds were studied to estimate the protected situation through the resources investigation, we discovered the Jianchang duck already going to die out. Other seven duck breeds were all at normal preserved condition. Genetic diversity of our country eight key protections of native duck breeds were examined, through the screening of twenty eight high polymorphic microsatellite markers.Genetic parameter of all populations were calculated using the allele frequency,and we constructed dendrogram,and carried on the phylogenesis analysis. The preserved condition of the eight native duck breeds were analysis through investigated result and the data of genetic diversity, and put forward the protection proposal.更多还原
