【Abstract】 In this paper, the characteristics of various kinds of DNA molecular markers have been summarized. At the same time, the present situation on the molecular markers(RFLP, RAPD,VNTR,SSR, RMAPD,AFLP, PCR-SSCP, SNPs, mtDNA,etc) in Tebet sheep genetic and breeding has done with systematic discussion and analysis, and has probed into research trend and development prospect in the future based on the current situation and existing problem.更多还原
