【摘要】 根据痘病毒A-型包涵体蛋白基因序列合成一对特异引物,建立了能有效区别不同类型痘病毒的PCR方法,并利用该方法对一株新分离的鼠痘病毒进行了鉴定,证明该病毒属于鼠脱脚病痘病毒。病理学研究表明,该病毒侵害小鼠体内的主要实质器官, 引起肝、脾、肺、肾等组织均有不同程度的病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Orthopoxrirus species were differentiated by PCR amplification of genome DNA using a single primer-pair based on sequences coding for the major protein component of the poxvirus acidophilic-type inclusion body (ATI). The mouse poxvirus, which isolated from mouse, were identified using this technique, indicating the poxvirus is ectromelia virus. Pathological studies show ectromelia virus can infect different tissues including liver, spleen, lung, kidney, pancreas, intestine and cause all kind of tissues pathological characteristics.更多还原
