【摘要】 原始创新在创新活动中的逻辑地位很高,但它在企业创新活动中的实际地位却较低,这便形成了原始创新的动力缺乏问题。解决原始创新动力缺乏问题的出路在于科技金融创新,以吸引社会资本进入原始创新活动,在创新的早期阶段就能实现生产要素的成功聚集,并进而实现生产要素的新组合。具体作法可参照国外创设金融特区和高科技园区金融服务体系的经验,在北京的中关村等地设立科技金融创新试验区。更多还原

【Abstract】 From theoretical aspect, Original Innovation ranks highly in innovative activities, but comparatively, it has lower practical significance for corporation, which situation will cause the absence of dynamics on original innovations. Tech-finance innovations become keys to solve this problem for such way can attract public capitals flowing to original innovative activities and achieve the success of collecting elements of production at the early stage of innovation, which can be the basis of recombination of production factors. The applications can refer to experience from establishing special financial zones abroad and setting the financial service system in High-tech Industry District, as well as tech-financial innovation pilot zones in Beijing-based Zhong Guan Cun.更多还原
