一种单一保湿剂体外保湿功能的评价方法

【摘要】 通过测试神经酰胺、透明质酸、海藻糖、芦荟汁、生物因子等五种单一保湿剂在不同相对湿度下的保湿率和相对保湿率,并用数据分析的方法对单一保湿剂在相对湿度为62%时放置4h后的相对保湿率的差异性显著与否进行分析,研究了五种单一保湿剂的体外保湿性能和体外保湿功能评价方法的可行性,结果表明在高湿度情况下保湿剂的保湿性能高于低湿度,在不同相对湿度下不同单一保湿剂保湿性能的变化有差别,体外保湿功能的评价方法可对保湿剂进行初步筛选。
【Abstract】 Via the testing the moisturizing performance and the relative moisturizing performance of the ceramide, hyaluronic acid, trehalose, aloe extract and biology factor in different relative humidity. According the relative moisturizing performance of the materials to analyze the others of their moisturizing performance by using data analyzed software SPSS Introducing an in vitro method that testing single moisturizing agent’s moisturizing effect. We tested five kinds of single moisturizing agents’ moisturizing performance and relative moisturizing performance in different relative humidity. And according the relative moisturizing performance to analyze the others of their moisturizing performance by using data analyzed software SPSS. The results showed that this way can be used in primary filtration in moisturizing agents.
