【摘要】 本文介绍了2004年诺贝尔生理医学奖的产生背景和有关内容,讨论了人类嗅觉的生理基础以及对香精、香料行业的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The background and the content about Nobel Physiological - Medical Prize in 2004 are described in the paper. The achievement gives the physiological mechanisms of human olfactory and significance for flavor and fragrance as well.
