【摘要】 多糖是人体皮肤的组成部分,许多多糖对皮肤的新陈代谢具有有益的调节作用。本文论述了生物活性多糖的护肤机理包括延缓衰老、血管美容、抗粉刺、修复皮肤组织、美白和保湿作用,这与多糖的抗凝血、抗氧化、促进细胞增生、抑菌等生物学功能和吸水性的理化特性有关。透明质酸、甲壳素、肝素等多糖已作为功效型添加剂在化妆品行业有着广泛的应用。本文还介绍了一种具有抗凝血活性的新型多功能化妆品添加剂——纤维素硫酸酯。更多还原

【Abstract】 Polysaccharide is the component of human skin and has regulating effect on the metabolism of skin. This paper described the skin-protecting mechanism of bioactive polysaccharide including anti-senility, vascular cosmetology, antiacinitis, reparation on the skin tissue, whitening and humidity-holding. It was related with the bioactivities such as anticoagulation, anti-oxidant, cell-proliferation promoting, antibacterial and the physical-chemical property such as the water absorption character. Some bioactive polysaccharides including hyaluronic acid, chitosan and heparin were widely used as functional additives in cosmetic field. Also, this paper introduced a new multi-functional cosmetic additive having anticoagulation activity, cellulose sulfate.更多还原
