一种自校正PID控制器设计与仿真研究
Design and Simulation for Self-tuning PID Controller

【摘要】 介绍了一种基于改进Ziegler-Nichols参数整定方法的自校正PID控制器。给出系统的ARX模型,引入带遗忘因子的最小二乘实时参数估计算法和增量式PID控制算法;给出改进的Ziegler-Nichols整定方法,建立临界增益和临界振荡周期与系统参数之间的关系式。以其在变风量空调系统的变频风机—管道静压控制回路中的应用为例,进行MATLAB仿真。仿真结果显示,自校正PID控制系统能够实时估计被控对象的参数,实时整定控制器参数,适应被控过程的变化,具有较强的实时参数估计和自校正能力。
【Abstract】 A self-tuning PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controller based on modified Ziegler-Nichols criterion was introduced. Firstly, system ARX model, recursive least squares method with forgetting factor and the increment PID control algorithm were present. Secondly, modified ZN method was introduced, and ultimate gain and ultimate period of relation with system parameters were formulated. Finally, models of transducer motor-duct static pressure control loop in variable air volume (VAV) system were applied in MATLAB simulation. Results show that self-tuning PID control system proposed can real-time estimate system parameters, tune controller parameters and adapt according to variation of controlled process, therefore it takes on powerful performance of real-time system parameters estimation and controller parameters auto-tuning.
