【摘要】 本研究以壳聚糖和海藻酸钠为材料,对生防放线菌菌株153的孢子进行包埋以制备缓释微球,并研究了成球的反应机理及制备工艺条件。结果表明将混有放线菌孢子的2%海藻酸钠溶液缓慢滴入1%壳聚糖醋酸溶液,用3%CaCl₂作为固化剂时,反应所得微球均一,圆整,分散度高, 基本符合要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technology of incorporate the spores of antionmycetes 153 into micro-beads of chitosan and sodium alginate was studied.The result show that the mixture of the spores suspended in distilled water and sodium alginate（2%）dropped into gently agitated chitosan solution（1%）containing CaCl₂ （3%）is the best method to prepare the micro-beads.And the micro-beads were in good shape and properties.更多还原
