【摘要】 本文分析了锅炉烟气余热回收的意义,分析了热管的原理和特点,介绍了热管换热器在燃油热水锅炉、电站锅炉和热电厂锅炉烟气余热回收中的应用。研究表明,热管具有体积小,重量轻,传热系数高,无运动部件, 结构简单和维修容易等优点,在锅炉烟气回收中达到了提高锅炉热效率,降低排烟温度等效果,进而降低了燃料的消耗,获得了一定经济效益和环境效益,值得广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The significance of the reuse of smoke and waste heat of boilers and the theory and characteristic of heat pipe are analyzed. The application of the heat pipe in fuel hot-water boilers, electricity station boilers and thermoelectricity works are introduced . The research show that the heat pipe have many strongpoint in reuse of smoke and waste heat of boilers , achieved higher economic benefit and environmental benefit. It should be widely used.更多还原
