热风烧结节能技术的实验研究
Experiment Investigation of Energy Saving Technology in Sintering Process by Using Hot Air

【摘要】 利用电阻热风炉提供的热风模拟烧结矿冷却废气,进行济钢烧结料热风烧结的实验。本文研究了热风温度、燃烧速度、燃料配比与烧结矿质量指标的关系。实验结果表明,采用热风烧结,不仅可以提高烧结矿的转鼓强度等技术指标,也可以降低固体燃料量。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the hot air sintering experimentation of Ji Steel was made by using hot air yielded by the air resistance furnace to simulate cold exhaust gas produced in sintering process, and the relations of sintering indexes with hot air temperature, burning velocity and fuel ratio were investigated. The experimentation result shows that the hot air sintering not only increases sintering indexes, such as intensity of sintering mine, but also reduces consumption quantity of solid fuel.
