铝基微弧氧化陶瓷层致密化
Densitification of Ceramic Coatings of Micro-Arc Oxidation on Aluminum

【摘要】 本文实验研究了添加SiC、石墨微粉和水合离子封闭处理对铝微弧氧化陶瓷层耐蚀性的影响。试验结果表明:在NaOH,Na2SiO3,Na(PO3)6组成的电解液体系中,经碳化硅颗粒增强的陶瓷层, 成膜速度显著提高;添加SiC、石墨微粉和水合离子封闭处理均使陶瓷层耐蚀性有所提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effects of addition of SiC and graphite micro-powders to micro-arc oxidation ceramic coatings and hydration of the coatings on the corrosion resistance of the coatings were investigated with the micro-arc oxidation electrolyte of NaOH, Na2SiO3, Na(PO3)6, The results indicated that SiC powder greatly promoted the growth of the coatings. The three mains all increased the corrosion resistance of the coatings,especially, for the hydration of the coatings.
