介电特性在番茄和苹果品种识别中的应用

【摘要】 为了探索应用介电特性识别果品品种的方法,对FA-189、402、国粹番茄以及红富士、红星苹果的介电特性进行了研究。以10 kHz与100 kHz下番茄相对介电常数的比值ks以及10 kHz下的相对介电常数εr10’作为番茄品种识别的指标,并提出了识别方法,该方法对样品的平均识别率为81%。基于红富士和红星苹果相对介电常数εr’和电阻率ρ的差异,提出将εr’/ρ作为识别苹果品种的指标,该方法对红富士和红星苹果的平均识别率为 91%。

【Abstract】 Dielectric properties of tomatoes, such as FA - 189, 402 and Guocui species a s we 11 as apples, such as Fuji and Hongxing species were studied in order to explore the method for identifying species of fruits based on dielectric properties. kε, the ratio of tomatoes’relative dielectric constants under 10 kHz and 1 00 kHz, and εr10’, relative dielectric constant under 10 kHz were used as indexes in identifying tomato species, and identification method was put forw ard. The average identification ratio for tomato species was 81%. Based on the d ifferences between relative dielectric constants εr’, an d resistivities ρ, of Fuji apples and Hongxing apples, εr’/ρ were used as indexes in identifying apple species. The average identi fication ratio of this method was 91%. This study laid a foundation for using di electric properties in engineering of agro-product processing.
