基于计算机视觉的苹果表面颜色分级技术研究

【摘要】 本文研究了一种利用计算机视觉技术在线苹果颜色分级的方法。基于HIS颜色模型对苹果颜色的色度分布进行特性分析,计算色相阈值为30和35下的色度累计频度,利用这两个特征参数把红富士苹果按照颜色着色度分为四等级。试验结果表明:计算机分级结果比较稳定,与人工分级一致度达到90.8%。
【Abstract】 A method of on-line apple color sorting was studied by computer vision technology in this paper. Firstly, the hue distribution of apple surface color characteristic was analyzed based on the HIS color system, then the two hue accumulative propotions of apple surface area on hue of 35 and 30 in whole apple surface were counted. According to these two propotions, the apples were sorted into four grades successfully. The experiments revealed that the result with sorting method described above was steadier than manual grading, and its precision was up to 90.8%.
