双流道泵叶轮三维块结构化贴体网格生成

【摘要】 本文采用Thompson和Sorenson的思想,以指数函数作内插传递,根据正交性和网格间距的要求构造源函数P,Q,R。然后求解Poisson方程,利用块结构化网格技术,实现了双流道泵叶轮三维块结构化贴体网格的自动生成。在每个块内,所生成的网格线与边界线正交,网格疏密度可认人为控制,且便于湍流壁面条件的引入。块与块之间的耦合通过交界面上信息的传递来实现。研究表明:利用块结构化网格技术牛成的双流道泵叶轮计算网格品质良好,能有效提高叶轮内流分析前处理环节的效率和精度;编写的三维网格生成程序针对性强,可进一步用于双流道泵叶轮的参数化网格生成研究,且具有一定的通用性,经改进也可用于其他非规则几何形状流道网格的自动生成。

【Abstract】 A grid generation method based on the solution of elliptic Poisson type equations was implemented for the numerical generation of 3D body-fitted block-structured mesh for double-channel pump impeller. The calculation of source functions P, Q and R is performed according to Thompson and Sorenson, in such a way that the grid is automatically adjusted to satisfy the orthogonality and uniformity requirement. The grids are constructed by dividing the whole flow passage into four sub-blocks, in each block the grids obtained are smooth and fulfill the orthogonality condition of the grid line at the boundary , and convenient for the introduction of turbulent wall conditions. Between sub-blocks, grid information is transferred through the interface by applying Dirichlet-Neumann conditions. The proposed grid generation algorithm is found to be effective and efficient in body-fitted grid generation of double-channel pump impeller, and can be also used for other irregular configurations after adjusting.
